ownload the OTSProjects.zip file and unzip it on C:. All binaries should work
as they are. The MS Visual Studio project files and make files should work
after you correct the path-variables in these files to correctly point to the
STLport, OTSProjects and boost installations.
All the code is tested to work with MS Visual Studio 7.1 (.NET 2003) on
Windows and the g++ compiler on Linux Ubuntu.
